At DAJ Renovation Group, every project is unique — which means our payment system is flexible and tailored project to project. We want to make sure you understand exactly how payments work before we get started, so there are no surprises.

Small, Same-Day Projects: Pay When We’re Done

For quick, smaller jobs completed the same day, payment is usually due upon completion. You can pay before we leave or receive an invoice with a secure payment link for easy online payment.

Larger Projects: Payment Plans Based on Your Project

For bigger renovations, we work out a payment schedule that fits your specific project. While terms vary, here’s a common framework we use:

• Deposit (typically 25%) — To reserve your spot and cover materials.

• Second Payment (around 25%) — Collected once work begins to cover labor and ongoing supplies.

• Mid-Project Payment (usually 25%) — Requested near the halfway mark.

• Final Payment (remaining balance) — Due upon project completion and your full satisfaction.
