    • Before commencing any work, we provide an initial assessment and quotation. It is important that you carefully review and approve the quotation before we proceed with the service.

  2. Service Completion:

    • We take pride in our work and aim to ensure that all tasks are completed to your satisfaction. Upon completion of the service, we will walk you through the work done to ensure it meets your expectations.

Deposits

Please note that all deposits paid to DAJ Handyman Services LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.​

Refund Eligibility

  1. Unsatisfactory Work:

    • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify any issues to your satisfaction.

  2. Incomplete Work:

    • If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the portion of the work that was not completed.

  3. Overpayment:

    • In the event of an overpayment or billing error, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue and process a refund if applicable.

Refund Process

  1. Requesting a Refund:
