Scheduling:
We will schedule services at a mutually convenient time. Any changes to the scheduled appointment should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment
Payment Terms:
Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept visa, mastercard, cash.
Late Payments:
Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Service Rescheduling:
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests. If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Liability and Warranty
Workmanship Warranty:
We stand by the quality of our work. If any issues arise due to our workmanship within 30 days of service completion, we will address and rectify the problem at no additional cost.
Limitations of Liability:
DAJ Handyman Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring access to the property for the duration of the service. Clients must also notify us of any hazards or special conditions related to the work environment.
